Mr. Radhekrishna has provided quotation for setting up Mandap for a prayer meeting and asked 50% advance. Without much negotiation we paid 50% advance. On the day of setup, his team loaded the materials on vehicles, called and asked for additional money as some of the costs he has not considered (on his assumptions). On confrontation, he started negotiating for additional money. We didn't agree on his terms and asked for refund of advances. He told us advance not refundable. We told him about the legal consequences and then he return 50% money. Not reliable.
