The suit came back worse than when I gave it. I gave a suit for dry cleaning and stain removal, the stain I gave it for wasn’t removed instead it came back with two new stains one of them being a pen mark that clearly wasn’t there before. When I questioned them about it they responded saying this has nothing to do with us and we can’t do anything about the existing stains. To add to that they also ruined the press of the suit and now when I button it up it’s extremely crumpled and ruined. Didn’t receive any solution or compensation for their shady and distasteful work. I wouldn’t recommend them for any services.

These guys are either extremely careless or they just don't care about the customer. Gave my Wife's saree for dry cleaning, the cleaners washed it with other coloured clothes in water and the entire saree was ruined. Worst part is that they didn't even know they did something wrong, when we pointed it out, he just smiled and said abhi kya kar sakte hai ladke ne dekha nahi ke "dry clean hai" to compensate us they offered 300 rs Gave 2 shirts for a wash & iron, they misplaced it, what's the point of handing out a bill then? This time also I got the same response, "ladka naya hai Agar aapka shirt wapis aaya toh hum aapko call karenge" this was 2 months back To compensate for this they offered me 50rs discount on the next service
