Deepak from the office - Unresponsive. I had a truly terrible experience with DTDC Express Ltd. Their customer service was completely unresponsive, leaving me with no support when I needed it the most. It felt like no one cared about the issues I was facing, and I was left in the dark with no resolution in sight. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company doesn’t take responsibility for its mistakes or provide any form of assistance. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend using their services to anyone.

My experience with DTDC Express Ltd was terrible. Their customer service was completely unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and without support. My package was carelessly handled, and they lost one of my item from my package. It felt like no one cared about the issues I faced. Overall, a disappointing and stressful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
