Had to ship a parcel of Sterilized First Aid Kit to my...

Had to ship a parcel of Sterilized First Aid Kit to my customer .Blue Dart expects me to open the Sterilized Kit checking the product has seal asked him to read the descriptions mentioned on the box .How will my customer accept once STERILIZED seal is broken ? Don't understand why the company hires such staff . Opted for DTDC guys understood; read the description on the box and without fuss my work got done .

i am not sure how come it rating is 3+. this should be zero...

i am not sure how come it rating is 3+. this should be zero or in negative. this center is such a useless. no one pick up the call or respond. i could have received my parcel and in tracking also it shows status as "Shipment Out For Delivery" but the delivery person didn't show up. there is no customer contact. no one pickup the call. even main line also no one pickup the call. they didn't even send delivery person contact details. this is totally insane. should have proper customer care. its always shows busy or no one pickup the call.
