Very poor service by the Home Insurance team. While selling the Home insurance they are quick but when it comes to refund There's no response from the team. I was sold a Home insurance as they said that the earlier home insurance expired(5 years- which I was not informed when I took the home loan), they extended the insurance by 5 years and took advance amount. Now I want to close the Insurance Loan...They said that I will get a refund of roughly 22-26K, Shivangi Mishra (Home Insurance) assured me that I will get the refund and gave contact Of Prathamesh...he never replies and always sends links saying the process will be done. Just need to use the link to process it. Due to operation I'm unable to visit the branch...it's been more than 2 weeks..I have not received any confirmation or refund from HDFC
