The staff bhavika sitting at the reception counter ...
The staff bhavika sitting at the reception counter extremely rude towards patients. She literally scream and shout at patients when patients ask any question regarding test which in details need to be explained.The staff bhavika is very ignorant about which tests require fasting. Please improve the quality of your staff bhavika and educate her on how to behave properly with patients. Very Poor que management. Staff don't hv basic administration skills. staff fight with each other over numbering. Poor and pathetic management...

(staff communication and team work was very poor)I booked my MRI appointment two days ago, on the day of appointment, staff told me sir please come 1hr later because there are some issue in MRI machine so i will take time, after listening this i rescheduled by tomorrow 8 pm, before leaving house i try to call to confirm the appointment, but no one is receiving call in Virar West near Sanjeevani hospital branch, so i talked with there coustomer care staff, i told please call and confirm my appointment,so he told me to visit and check your appointment may be there, but after this communication he didn't recived my call and i got surprise once i reached there branch, surprise was it's closed.
