Title: Extremely Disappointing Service - Lost a Loyal Customer I have been a regular customer of Mini Chocolate for quite some time, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. The Owner and His Daughter at this shop have no concept of proper customer service. I was spoken to with an unacceptable level of attitude and disrespect, which is shocking considering I have been a loyal customer for years. Despite my repeated visits and significant purchases, they showed no regard for customer loyalty or basic manners. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers, even the ones who have supported them consistently. They’ve not just lost a customer today; they’ve lost a diamond customer. I highly recommend finding another shop where you’ll be treated with the respect you deserve.
