He is also co-owner of VIBHAS Psychiatry Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, Virar. Dr. Kirti Tandel's Manasparsh Psychiatry Clinic aims to help people with psychological and mental problems to lead a productive and dignified life in the society. The clinic conducts various awareness programs to eradicate the stigma against mental illness in the society and helps people with psychosexual disorders too. Dr. Kirti Tandel and Dr. Abiya Mascarenhas brought my mother, Jyoti Kadam, out of depression. With their counselling and medicine, her self-confidence increased and her anxiety started decreasing day by day. The unknown fear that she used to feel has gradually disappeared.
