The theater is dirty, and the service is appalling. We were disturbed by a cat roaming around in the theater, and when we brought it to the manager's attention, he simply ignored us and continued to be unprofessional. The bathrooms were in an unsanitary condition, and the overall ambiance was unpleasant. To make matters worse, the theater itself is ridiculously small, feeling more like a home theater than a public cinema. The screen size and seating arrangement were not impressive at all. *Rating Breakdown:* - Cleanliness: 0/5 - Service: 0/5 - Ambiance: 1/5 - Screen & Seating: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5 *DO NOT WATCH MOVIES HERE!*

Horrible experience at this cinema theatre! 🏠👎 Watched a movie here and was shocked by the poor management. The seats were dirty, including the 'royal' ones 🤢, and the screen room was swarming with mosquitoes 🐜. The lack of hygiene practices was appalling. Unfortunately, this ruined my movie experience. Won't be visiting this theatre again 😔. Big thumbs down for the management.

One star for decent Sound system and budget friendlyness, the seats are horrible, Screen Quality is worst! I have uploaded 3 photos of the screen with circles around the dirty patches, it feels like the staff literally used a wet cloth to clean the screen, there are visible marks of water droplets, the entire screen is dusty. All of these isn't enough? Well the Projecter needs to rest, the brightness randomly went up and down it felt like my eyes are dozing off but it was not my eyes but the projector itself. Terrible Experience

Don't want to give even a one star. I would rate KT VISION a negative. Poor seating arrangement,dull screen,while watching movie so many mosquitoes this creates a bad experience while watching movie we can't fully enjoy.Please think twice if you are coming to this theatre.
