★★★★ Walked into this D.I.Y Mall with just a vague wish list, and walked out with every single thing ticked off. You imagine it, and somehow they’ve already got it on a shelf. From niche tools to those “where will I even find this?” parts — it’s all here, neatly organized and easy to find. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. No hovering, no clueless shrugs. Just genuine, helpful people who actually know their stuff. Asked about a weird plumbing fitting I couldn’t name, and the guy not only found it in 2 minutes, he showed me a better option I didn’t know existed. Clean aisles, fair prices, zero stress. If you’re a maker, fixer, or just someone with a weekend project, this is your new happy place. All wishes realized indeed.

Very disappointing experience at DIY. By mistake, one product slipped from my hand, but there was no damage at that time and I placed it back properly. However, at the billing counter, the staff forced me to pay for the same product, which was unfair. The staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional, with no empathy or proper communication. This was a very unpleasant experience and I’m highly dissatisfied with the service

The range and quality of products available here is not exciting. Prices are mostly on the higher side. Many products on display are made in China. Occasionally, one may find some useful products. But a much better range and quality can be found in local shops and other supermarkets.
