I have been facing network issues for the last three months...
I have been facing network issues for the last three months and have raised multiple complaints regarding the same. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or resolution. Last month, I also visited your Airtel store located in Virar West and raised the complaint again. I was informed that an Airtel technician would visit and resolve the issue. However, till date, no technician has visited, and my problem still remains unresolved.I am very disappointed with the service provided. I am regularly recharging my fiber plan, but I am unable to use the service properly due to the continuous network issue. If this situation continues.

I had purchased another SIM to be added to my family plan and was told that it will be activated within an hour today morning at 11am but now its 2:30pm and my new number is not yet activated. Tried reaching out customer care and surprisingly they dont have information of this new number and now i am informed to wait for 24 hours. What kind of service is this?

Very good experience with Airtel Store Virar. The staff is very polite and helpful. The overall layout of the store is brilliant where people are assigned to dedicated Support Executive. Very efficient and seamless process and we don't have to wait in queues. I had a 4G VI sim and I wanted to convert to 5G. The staff at VI gallery in Gokul Township was forcing me to buy a postpaid sim without which I wont get a 5G sim. Immediately I planned to port to Airtel. Sunil is a very helpful executive here he helped me to port it to Airtel and in no time my sim was Activated and running. He also helped me reactivate my old airtel number which was temporarily disabled and retained ownership of the number. Really appreciate his support here. Overall very smooth experience. Very satisfied with the service.
