I had a very bad experience. I brought the lamp in October 2020 for around Rs. 5300. The piece that they provided me was a defective piece and I asked them to replace, to which they stated that it will be done once the market opens around January'21. I have been following up with them but now they are stating that it's not possible. They said that it will get it replaced,but even after regular follow up there is no update. Attached are the defects that was noticed on the first day itself. As seen in the image one of the circles appears a bit blackish as compared to the others and the other one had the silver coating torn out on a couple of places.
