Hello friends, The food taste here is value for money. As I am a regular customer here visiting for takeaways but today what I saw felt regret for ordering from this place. That's why just sharing with you all & also to the Meals & Reels owner (Hope he can put some effort on hygiene part) I do understand that maybe in most restaurant this thing is common as customers cannot see in kitchen how they cook or pack the food. But today when I ordered Rice with gravy as takeaway. As the kitchen is open where they cook and pack parcel. ONE OF THE KITCHEN STAFF LITERALLY WITHOUT ANY HESITATION PUT HIS HAND (no plastic gloves or cap on his head as matter of hygiene) IN THE FRIED RICE & ATE ONE BIG HELPING WHILE PACKING IT FOR ME. It's so bad feeling that some stranger putting hand in your food which is already in the packing container and eating & for which you are paying. I was just thinking maybe that kitchen staff without hesitation while serving or from takeaways might be putting his hand to eat in all those many customers ordering online, offline, dine-in. Owner feel free to contact me if you want to know who that guy was as I am not bluffing. The Owner and the Manager (If any) over there should take care of the hygiene part. P.S - I threw my parcel in the dustbin as I was not feeling to eat that food & I don't felt to give any needy also that kind of food. And I don't wish to take the risk due to their hygiene issue by asking to give me a fresh exchange order.
