I visited this shop on Feb 9, 2026, for a wheel alignment after replacing the steering rack on my Baleno. While watching the monitor, I could see the technician making progress as the indicators turned from red to green. Suddenly, another staff member in a boiler suit walked over, turned off the screen so I couldn't see the data, and claimed the job was done within seconds. Unsurprisingly, the car immediately pulled to the left. When I returned to complain, the same employee took a test drive and dismissively blamed my tires, despite them being in good condition. If there was a genuine issue with my tires, it should have been mentioned while the car was on the ramp—not used as an excuse for a botched job later. They are rude, lack basic customer concern, and seem interested only in quick turnover rather than quality. I will never return and strongly advise others in Virar to stay away.

Extremely disappointed - 1) Bridgestone 4 tires purchased....
Extremely disappointed - 1) Bridgestone 4 tires purchased. Before bill, they told all tires are of 2025, after bill discovered two tires were Mid 2024. When asked, then they were like, Sir 2025 ka don hi tire hai!!!! Taking customer for a ride. 2) After they fixed tire, they took entire day till late evening to align properly. Car pulling to right. The mechanic took test ride with me almost for 3 hours and didn't found solution. Then they took me and car to another garage, there they told me that car eight side is down so it is pulling and shocks were gone. When checked, shocks were ok. 3) When I told them this issue of pulling to right was not before changing tires. They were not trusting me!!!!! 4) Finally, they arranged expert alignment mechanic who did the perfect job on half an hour. 5) Warranty registration still pending after 3 days, every day I'm following up. 6) No professional behaviour, money hungry, misleading commitments, trying find fault in car when yourself are not experts.
