"Unethical Billing โ Strongly Disappointed" I had a terrible experience at this service center. The service advisor, Nikhil Bharat Sakpal, deliberately overcharged me for my bike service. The final bill included charges for services and parts that were either not requested or not clearly explained. When I questioned the discrepancies, I received vague and dismissive responses โ no accountability, no transparency. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unethical, and it reflects very poorly on the service center as a whole. Customers should not have to double-check every line item to ensure they arenโt being taken advantage of. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this place and demand a full breakdown before making any payments. Management needs to take this issue seriously and ensure staff like this are held accountable.
