I had a very disappointing experience with this store. Their after-sales service is incredibly poor, and the warranty is essentially useless—they find excuses to avoid honoring it, leaving you to pay for repairs even when the product is under warranty. The staff are rude and act as if customers owe them something. If you've already purchased anything, make sure to get everything in writing, as you can't trust what they say. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values reliable service and support. Avoid at all costs!
