Had a fairly smooth experience working with them. My counsellor was patient and answered even basic questions without making it awkward. Mock interviews helped a lot before my visa. There were times when things got a bit hectic, but they still managed to guide me properly.

I joined mainly for application support and SOP guidance. The team was quite structured in how they approached things, especially deadlines. They pushed me when I was being lazy, which I honestly needed. Not everything was perfect, but I never felt lost during the process. End result was good, so I’d say it was worth it.

I had an interview with these guys. Worse experience. Zero time management. Timing was 3 then they rescheduled it for 3:30 after that i waited till 4:40 then they have started my interview. After submitting assignments they took my 1 hour more. And then after 3 days they are saying you are not suitable. Not recommended.
