Very very satisfying experience. Mr. Rohan guided about the new Dell laptop ,we purchased at their Irla Mall shop, very patiently and to our full satisfaction. Mr. Hussain also ,technically knowledgeable and very good at PR ,makes the customers happy and satisfied. This shop is most trustworthy. I would urge , especially the senior citizens, having problems with their laptops to visit this shop because there is availability of the lifts and the shop is conveniently located on the 1st floor. My wife and I are very happy with their repair service of our old laptop also. You can also trust them for a brand new laptop, like we did.
