Very disappointing experience. I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks today. The discount coupon process was confusing. Even though we had a valid coupon code, we were informed that the bill copy was mandatory, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Additionally, our coffee order took more than 20 minutes to prepare despite the café not being busy. It appeared that the order had been overlooked, and we had to follow up ourselves. The billing counter staff member was also not very courteous or helpful while addressing our concerns. I usually expect better service standards, clearer communication regarding promotional offers, and a more customer-friendly approach. I hope the management reviews these issues and improves the customer experience.

It is with considerable disappointment that I write regarding my visit to Starbucks, Churchgate, this afternoon. I ordered two Grande Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk , and I regret to say the drinks bore little resemblance to what they ought to be. Both were remarkably thin and watery, wholly lacking the body, richness, and balance one expects from this particular beverage. When I raised the matter with the server, I was told the drink was simply "low calorie." I explained that this did not account for how diluted it tasted, and requested something better prepared. Her remedy was merely to add sugar to sweeten it and that, apparently, was the improved version. I have patronised Starbucks outlets across the city for years and have never encountered anything of this sort. At this price a cup, this falls well short of the standard the brand has long stood for. I am left genuinely puzzled as to whether the decline is one of process, of ingredients, or simply of the care taken by whoever prepared the drink. I do hope this is brought to the attention of the store, as the experience was decidedly beneath what Starbucks represents.
