Worst experience — only the name feels “expert.” We visited for my 13-year-old son’s fibula fracture after taking an appointment with Dr. Ashish Jain for permanent casting and proper guidance. During the first visit, Dr. Ashish Jain was not available at the clinic, and the entire consultation was handled by his assistant. My son already had temporary casting done and was taking prescribed painkillers and vitamins. We were advised to wait a few days before deciding on permanent casting. Although no direct consultation happened with the doctor personally, we were charged ₹2500 as a consultation fee. For the second appointment on 27.05.2026, we again visited expecting the permanent casting procedure to be done. Once again, the doctor was unavailable, and everything was handled by the assistant. After waiting nearly 2 hours, another X-ray was taken and sent to the doctor over phone. Instead of examining the patient personally, the doctor spoke briefly through the assistant’s phone and advised us to return again after 4 days. We were then charged ₹1500 for the X-ray and consultation. It is disappointing that such high fees are charged without the doctor personally examining the patient, especially when the patient is a 13-year-old child with a fracture. A medical consultation should involve proper personal attention and examination, not only remote instructions through assistants. Would not recommend if you are expecting direct doctor involvement and genuine patient care.
