Never purchase from the Iyengar outlet of Santacruz east station, Prabhat colony. I have been purchasing honey pastry from here almost every single day. However, today’s experience was very disappointing. The piece I was given looked extremely dry, so I politely requested another piece. The staff refused. When I requested again, he rudely responded, “Ab toh cut kar diya.” As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to receive a good piece, especially when I am a regular customer. The tone and behavior were unprofessional and disrespectful. Very unhappy with the way this was handled. Customer service clearly needs improvement. Never going to purchase from this shore ever again.
