From haircut to services everything was good. My haircut was done by Glancy and the experience is really reassured. She showed every step to me and explained haircuts that worked and didn't. It is really thoughtful how the staff goes beyond its services to make customers feel comfortable

I am editing my review as I initially visited this salon expecting a professional haircut and specifically requested long rounded layers with a U-cut. Unfortunately, the result was quite different, with much shorter face-framing layers that makes my hairs shorter than what I had asked for. Given the premium pricing, I was disappointed with the outcome and felt the service did not meet my expectations. That said, the salon was courteous in responding to my feedback and invited me back for corrective adjustments. I appreciate their willingness to address the concern and their customer service in handling the situation. However, while some aspects of the haircut can be corrected, the length that was cut cannot be restored, which remains disappointing. I hope the salon takes greater care in understanding and executing clients' requirements in the future.
