Had a very positive experience at CritiCare Asia Multispecialty Hospital, Kurla for my ACL Reconstruction and MCL surgery. ​I would like to specially thank my surgeon Dr. Karan B. and the Anaesthetist Dr. Ketki Shah for their expertise and for making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The OT staff, including Azhar, Sonal, and Roshan, were very supportive and professional. ​The surgery started on time (Incision at 11:20 am and Closure by 1:30 pm), showing great efficiency by the medical team. The nursing care post-surgery was excellent, and the facility is top-notch. Highly recommend this hospital for orthopedic treatments! The TPA/Insurance department service is extremely poor and frustrating. They are not proactive at all. They don't pick up calls, don't give timely updates to the patient, and are very slow in submitting documents to the insurance company. For a patient already in pain, dealing with such an effortless and unresponsive TPA team is a nightmare. ​5 Stars for the Doctors and OT team, but 1 Star for the TPA department. Hospital management needs to fix this immediately as it ruins the overall patient experience
