An absolute 5-star experience with Metropolis Healthcare! I had to visit for urgent tests during the shift handover / late hours, and I am incredibly impressed by both the day and night shift teams. Despite the odd hours and heavy workload, the staff's behavior was exemplary—super polite, professional, and alert. The technician was highly skilled and made the blood collection completely painless. The transition between the shifts was seamless, and there was zero delay in getting my tests done or receiving the digital reports. Big shoutout to the dedicated staff working round-the-clock here!"
