My name is Divya, and I would like to share my honest and heartfelt experience with Dr. Snehal. I had been suffering from severe shooting pain in my knees and shoulders since September 2021. I couldn’t walk or even sit without wearing a knee cap. From then until November 2022, I consulted multiple doctors, only to hear the same response every time: “We don’t know where your pain is coming from.” This left me extremely frustrated and hopeless, and I eventually decided to stop visiting doctors altogether. In November 2022, one of my mother’s friends suggested that she bring me to Dr. Snehal for a consultation. I was least interested and went only because my mother insisted. For the first time in my life, I met a doctor who spent almost two hours understanding my condition. Dr. Snehal suggested a 14-day Panchakarma treatment that included abhyanga, janu basti, and enema therapy. I was hesitant at first, as previous treatments had failed, but I still decided to trust her. As the days passed, I slowly began to see improvement in both my knee and shoulder pain. Dr. Snehal and her assistant, Sanika, ensured that I was always comfortable during every Panchakarma session. My case was complicated and severe, yet Dr. Snehal never gave up on me. Instead, she patiently educated me, explaining that not all problems require medicines and that true healing begins when we treat the root cause. Along with joint pain, I was also dealing with severe muscle knots and bloating issues. Over time, I experienced healing not just physically, but mentally as well. From December 2022 to June 2023, I visited the clinic almost every day. That place became a safe space, an escape from the pain and chaos in my life. When I met Dr. Snehal, I was at the lowest point of my life. Today, I truly believe God sent me an angel in the form of Dr. Snehal. She guided me, supported me, and helped me believe that I would walk again. On many occasions, she even sacrificed her personal and family time for my recovery. In today’s world, it is rare to find doctors who genuinely care about patients beyond money. Dr. Snehal is one of those rare souls. Fast forward to today Jan 8th 2026, I am living in Bangalore, working, walking, jogging, and even running. As a sportsperson, this feels nothing short of a miracle. Whenever I visit Mumbai, I make it a point to meet Dr. Snehal. She is truly an exceptional doctor, honest, compassionate, and deeply committed to her patients’ well-being. I am forever grateful to her for shaping not just my physical health, but also my mindset. She taught me the importance of food, lifestyle, and life itself. Had I not met her, I might still be stuck in the same painful situation. Thank you, Dr. Snehal, for making me the person I am today. ♥️
