Doesn’t know an inch of customer service. Opt for much better options like heads up for tails, super tails who have remarkable service and provide so much ease to the customer.

This shop is disgusting the owner is extremely rude and impolite. Will never visit here. They messed up big time. Save your babies Funny how asking for a discount percentage — as a paying repeat customer — was enough to trigger shouting, grumbling, and having the phone hung up on me. And no, I didn’t order from you “only for discounts” — especially when stores like Heads Up For Tails, Snoopy Petz, supertails , just dogs. and many others offer much better discounts with far better customer service and basic respect. Instead of addressing the rude behaviour, you chose to publicly drag other people into your response and make personal remarks about customers. That says far more about your professionalism, attitude and customer service than my review ever could. Customers asking about prices and discounts is completely normal. Shouting at them and hanging up the phone isn’t. Wishing you the same luck you wished me — you’ll need it with that attitude.
