Excellent place for FreshCatch especially if one lands up...
Excellent place for FreshCatch especially if one lands up there around 8/8:30 am or thereabouts. The fish comes off the boats around 5 am or so and lands up at the Versova Village Fish Market by 8 am. One can really bargain here and get fresh fish for reasonable prices, having said that ‘reasonable’ is really relative as seafood due to over fishing and environmental challenges has become quite expensive. A must visit for seafood lovers for a home cooked meal!!
