We had a disappointing experience with this shop. At the time of purchase, we were assured that the bat would require no maintenance for at least two years. However, it was damaged during a simple underarm turf game within a short period of use. When we reached out for support, the shop refused to take any responsibility or provide assistance. This reflects poorly on their product quality and after-sales service. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this store.

We had a bad experience with them. It was promised to us that the bat will need no maintenance for atleast 2 years. And it got damaged in underarm turf game. They refused to take any accountability for the same. Will not recommend this shop.

Worst shop ever TOO POOR QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Took a bat of rs 1200 and played just couple of times and it already started cracking and they didn't even replacing nor showing any kind of support or interest.
