I Had a wonderful experience at Lakmé Salon, Vasai West yesterday. I’m genuinely impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. A special thanks to Mr. Abhijeet for the fantastic haircut, he really understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Also, a big thank you to Miss Alina (I hope I’m remembering the name correctly, my goldfish memory might betray me! for the facial. Her work was extremely relaxing and done with great care. The staff was courteous, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. I walked out feeling refreshed and very happy with the results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality grooming and a pleasant salon experience. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐ 🚨🚨🚨 I revisited Lakmé Salon, Vasai West expecting the same level of service as before, but this time the experience was extremely disappointing. I had clearly explained the haircut I wanted, yet the final result was completely off. It felt careless and poorly executed. To make matters worse, my beard was badly shaped, which ended up ruining my entire look. What’s frustrating is that a place you trust for grooming can get something so basic so wrong. I walked out feeling dissatisfied and honestly quite uncomfortable with how I looked. This visit was far below expectations and nowhere near the standard I had experienced earlier. Definitely not the level of service one expects from a brand like Lakmé. Hi, I have always visited Lakmé for my hair colour but in gorgaon west branch and was never disappointed. This time I visited the Vasai Lakmé salon in the month of December. I asked for suggestions but the stylist was not able to give me any good suggestions. I recommended the color for global plus highlights. The stylish Shahbaaz said that will be good. Basically, his idea was to wrap up the work ASAP without giving proper suggestions or even explaining how the color will be different on my type of hair. He was in a rush because there was a 6pm appointment and they had to get me free before it. Shahbaz just dried my hair and let me go without styling it as all salons do. He was rude when I asked him certain things and this behaviour of his is something no one should have in such type of industry. I just say, a brand like Lakmé having such people as stylist shows that they don’t bother to keep their clients happy. I will never visit the Vasai branch again and please all refrain from doing so.

Rushed, Uncomfortable, and Overpriced. AVOID. I went to Lakme Salon (Vasai) asking for a basic, refreshing facial. They pushed their rate card and suggested the "Gloss Intense Hydrating Ritual" (₹3,290) promised to be 70 minutes. It was a disaster from the start. Ten minutes into the session, I realized I had made a terrible mistake. The staff was rushing through every step, and the "70-minute" ritual was wrapped up in 40 minutes flat. The infrastructure is laughable for the price. They do the facial right on the styling chair a practice usually reserved for the local "Lucky Giants Salon" category. Expecting a client to relax in a styling chair for a premium facial is a joke; I left with a stiff neck. I really should have opted for a salon in Mumbai instead of wasting my time here. Thoda toh paise ki izzat karte. You have lost a customer forever.
