Service: 10/10 Customer Care: 10/10 Politeness: 10/10 Skill (Curly Hair): 7/10 Update: I received a call from the salon after my previous review, and they insisted on correcting both the haircut and the hair color. That alone showed me that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They spent time correcting the haircut, evening out the shape, and making it look intentional and well-balanced despite the fact that some sections had already been cut too short to be styled differently. The result looks much better, and now I can simply wait for it to grow out before getting the style I originally wanted. They also recolored my hair, and all of this was done free of charge. The customer care was excellent throughout the process. Everyone was polite, patient, and willing to listen to feedback. While I still believe there is room for improvement when it comes to handling layered curly hair, I appreciate their willingness to acknowledge concerns and make things right. That level of customer service deserves recognition. Previous Review: Service: 8/10 Convenience: 8/10 Skill: 2/10 I chose a reddish-brown color, but the final result appeared much darker than expected. I had also requested a layered curly haircut. My concern at the time was that the stylist seemed unfamiliar with the type of layering commonly used to shape and define curls. The haircut removed much of the curl structure and did not match what I had in mind. That said, the stylist was polite, listened to my requests, and had good intentions. My dissatisfaction was primarily with the result rather than the attitude or service. After the correction visit, my overall impression of the salon improved significantly because they took responsibility for the experience and made a genuine effort to fix it.

I had such a lovely experience at kapils salon! The stylist Vikas did an exceptional job with my haircut and was incredibly attentive he made the entire experience so comfortable at every step. The haircut turned out amazing — light, fresh, and exactly what I wanted! But more than that, it’s the kindness and attention to detail that made the whole experience so special. Thank you so much for your generosity and care. He was careful with my daughter’s Haircut Too. Thank you so much 🧿❤️
