There was some confusion regarding pricing, as the amount quoted over the call for global hair color differed from what I was informed at the salon. Additionally, I felt that basic hospitality and service coordination could have been better, and a few things during my visit did not go as expected. However, I truly appreciate the effort the salon team made after I shared my concerns. They reached out to understand my experience in detail, which I found very professional and thoughtful. Ms. Tejashree was especially kind and polite, and she ensured that my concerns were addressed properly. The salon also offered me services to make up for my previous experience, which was a very nice gesture.During my visit, I could clearly see a difference in their approach and service. The team made a genuine effort to improve my experience, and I was satisfied with the service provided this time. It was also very thoughtful of Akshay himself to personally check on my concerns. This showed me that the salon truly values its customers and takes feedback seriously. While my first experience had some shortcomings, I appreciate how responsibly and positively the team handled the situation. Their effort to improve and make things right definitely deserves recognition.
