We took 4 spectacles we got 3 in good condition and one of them had scratches on it we asked for exchange and they told us that its a very small scratch and if it comes again the same way after exchange we wont take it back and no refund will be given!! The lady in this branch was very rude and was making very poor customer service!! And even they are backing out her behaviour and making the customer look bad!! Very poor customer service and very rude behaviour of that lady!!
