The food Cort should have cash facility and not force customers for online payments. Secret Oven staff is very bad as they don't keep change and when they owe money to the customer, they ask for it. Even Subway doesn't keep change and says will give next day what if the staff gets changed and denies the payment what about the customers. The theater staff should have the understandings of the ticket when the customers guides them not argue with them and shout at them. The theater security checker should do their job with respect not snatch handkerchief of the customer unnecessarily. Good mall but few changes mentioned will make it much better mall.

Mineral water charges 20/-when Mrp.18 of Kinley bottle on 2nd floor.(not fair to customers) 5.Toy rider on ground floor charges 200/- single car for 2 child where as ride given only for 3 minutes as oblige to give 6 minutes ride for child. (unethical price demand)

Gaming zone is ok but theatres are not good enough platinum seats we paid 410 and the seat reclining system was not there total waste of money platinum seats should be improved as per the charges they are charging

Dattani Mall, Vasai West is an old sububurban mall that now functions primarily as an entertainment hub for movie goers rather than a shopping destination due to absence of branded shops. The Miraj Cinemas multiplex and the decent food court are the main attractions. However, the mall feels half-finished; a significant number of vacant retail spaces give it an empty, underutilized feeling. Maintenance of common areas, especially restrooms, is inconsistent. My view: Go for the movie and the foods; skip the shopping.
