Dhanesh handled the issue responsibly. I called him at 7am and he responded well , came to pickup the laptop and gave home delivery as well. He explained me the issue in detail and was reasonable to charge. After receiving the laptop back , the quality is visible and i am pleased that it appears as if the issue didn't happen at all.
