Dear management I recently visited your Vasai Bhabhola branch and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was not satisfactory: The service was quite slow. The quality and quantity of chicken did not match the standards of Al Baik. The garlic sauce was missing from the order. Serving chicken without bun/pav makes the meal incomplete. I was expecting a similar experience to what I have had in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but it did not meet even basic expectations. I request you to kindly look into these issues and improve your service and quality.

I ordered 2 wraps and 1 pizza, the wraps were ok for the price, but the pizza, it was a total waste of money!! like a total scam!! it cost 250rs!! and all it had was a ₹10 bread, ₹10 sauce on it, ₹15 cheese and ₹15 chicken!! that is it!! it was very bland, and not at all worth the money!! do not visit this place!!

My recent order of the zinger burger from AL-BAIK didn't quite hit the mark in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the flavors were lacking, and I can offer suggestions for improvement. However, it's worth noting that despite the disappointing culinary experience, the owner of AL-BAIK was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Their friendly demeanor added a positive touch to an otherwise unsatisfactory meal. While the zinger burger may not be a standout item on the menu, the warmth and hospitality of the owner are certainly commendable. Although I cannot recommend the burger based on taste alone, I appreciate the kind service provided by the owner.

I love KFC so I try to visit its alternatives wherever I see it to compare. I would say it is a decent alternative, not exactly like a KFC in terms of taste & ambience, but somewhat. You get enough somewhat taste of KFC for reasonable price. I tried popcorn chicken & fries. Popcorn chicken was good. But fries were not good as all. I asked for shawarma, but they don't have it for some reasons (not like they didn't had it on that day, they just don't keep it.)
