My experience at Vatsal Eye Hospital was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. Dr. Pritam Dedhia was shockingly disrespectful, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. There was no basic courtesy, no reassurance, and absolutely no sensitivity toward a patient clearly in discomfort. During the eye examination, I was forced to keep my eye open under an extremely harsh light for an extended duration without blinking. A nurse held my head tightly from behind to stop me from moving, which felt aggressive and unnecessary. I repeatedly expressed that I was in pain and struggling, yet the procedure continued without pause. My eyes were watering so intensely that my clothes were wet and still, there was no concern shown. This is not how patients should be treated. No Skill no empathy. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
