Great experience at Oracle Hospital. It was one of the most affordable options in the area and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. I needed multiple tests and reports within a short timeframe and they ensured everything was completed smoothly. They also arranged appointments for tests that weren't available at the hospital at the time making the process very convenient. I received all my reports on the same day. Highly recommended for their efficient service and patient care.
I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit to this diagnostics center. The patient attendant behaved unprofessionally and spoke in a rude tone, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I was informed that the process would take around 2 hours, but no proper explanation or clarity was provided regarding the delay or procedure. When I asked questions, I did not receive satisfactory answers, and the communication was very poor. As a first-time visitor, I expected basic courtesy and clear guidance, but unfortunately, the service did not meet even minimum expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and communication with patients.

Very disappointing experience. Despite confirming an appointment over the call for 10–11 AM, we were made to wait for nearly two hours without any prior information or update. This shows a clear lack of respect for other people’s time. Delays can happen, but at the very least customers should be informed beforehand so they can plan accordingly. Basic professionalism and time management are expected.
