We visited Post Office Restaurant, Vasai yesterday(19/4/2026) for a family dinner. This place has been special to us for many years, and we’ve always had great experiences—so this visit was genuinely disappointing. To begin with, the staff seemed extremely confused, and there was no visible manager on the floor to handle operations. Everyone appeared to be working independently, with no coordination or proper system in place. Even placing an order was difficult—we had to call staff multiple times. After ordering, the situation didn’t improve. The serving staff had no clarity about which dish belonged to which table. They kept moving around asking each table, “Did you order this?” which felt quite unprofessional. We also noticed food and drinks sitting unattended on a side table for a long time. Unless guests themselves asked about their orders, nothing was being served. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the naan was chewy, which affected the overall dining experience. To make matters worse, most tables—including ours—received incorrect bills with extra items added. This led to further delays as corrections had to be made. Overall, there was a significant lack of management, coordination, and basic service standards. It resulted in a lot of wasted time and frustration. We truly have many fond memories associated with this restaurant, which is why this experience was even more disappointing. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff training, and restores the quality and service the place was once known for.

Extremely disappointed and never coming back. Only chicken hot garlic was good but not like before. Other dishes were average. Curd rice was pathetic. Even after mentioning curd rice for adult, they put the charges from kids menu which was extra. Even if they did give from kids menu then the rice shud have been softer. Infact it was hard... But i had clearly mentioned curd rice for adult. Ramen was tasteless with over spicy broth. Nothing felt like before. It was women's day and there was no offer. Which is ok..but during billing i observed that they were giving dairy milk to all women at the table .but I didn't receive any when it was my turn. Thing is - I can buy my own chocolate but the hospitality and warmth and this special feeling All gone. Overall the restaurant has been degraded. There was a time when they just gave away complimentary dessert even if it meant one scoop vanilla icecream topped with chocolate syrup. Those were the days.

I visited Post Office Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We were served by Sunny Chavan, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us proper guidance on what to order based on our taste, which made the experience even better. We ordered mojito, chicken lollipop, brownie, and butter chicken, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food quality, taste, and service were excellent. Highly recommended if you’re in Bhuigaon and looking for good food with great hospitality!

I visited this place a few years ago and even now the taste is the same. The ambiance is outstanding , crafted neatly. I Loved their starters, uniquely crafted dishes and the quantity is huge. We tried roti/sabji and butter chicken biryani along with some starters and some sides , everything was delicious The washrooms are clean and hygienic. There is an elevator facility available but anyhow 6-7 stairs are there to reach the elevator. I would surely recommend this restaurant.
