Had a great experience with TVS Arni Motors in Vasai West. Mr. Sushil assisted us with bike purchase. Right from enquiring about features, accessories to on-road bike details, Mr Sushil walked us through the entire process. He was very accommodating of our request to give us early delivery. Though we booked around Nov 2025, we got the bike in May 2026. It was worth the wait. Its a great bike for bad roads. Let's see how the experience continues. Disclosure: Bought RTX 300 Blue Top Model

Very disappointing experience with this TVS showroom in Vasai West. I would not even give 1 star. I booked a TVS Orbiter V2 (Cosmic Titanium) on 4th April 2026, and was promised delivery within 7 days. However, even after more than one month (till 6th May 2026), the vehicle was not delivered. The showroom kept delaying—first 15 days, then 5 more days—with no proper explanation. The worst part was their customer service. They never answered calls and often rejected them. When we visited the showroom, the staff behavior was shocking. An executive named Roshni was extremely rude, pointed fingers at my mother . After making us wait for over a month, they simply said “take a refund” instead of delivering the vehicle. Because of their delays, I missed getting my vehicle on an auspicious day and even on my birthday, despite their repeated promises. Highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable service. I would strongly not recommend this showroom to anyone.

Best deal ever. I have been using activa from many years but this time I have changed my mind for Jupiter. Arni has best team, specially Sushil, he guided me for each and every thing from the booking of vehicle till the delivery. As well the owner of Arni Mr. Rohit Vartak is very supportive. Switching from Activa to Jupiter is the best decision as Jupiter has many functions which updated new anctiva also don’t have. Happy with Arni as well Jupiter.. such a great experience.
