Extremely disappointing service. The staff has no sense of how to speak professionally with customers. They neither provide proper information on calls nor communicate clearly. Our person personally visited their office to collect the courier, but they casually said the parcel had not arrived, even though the online tracking clearly showed it had already reached their office. Completely irresponsible and misleading behavior. Being in the service industry, the least expected is basic customer handling and professionalism, which this company seriously lacks. Very poor coordination, rude communication, and a total waste of time. Would not recommend this courier service to anyone.
