Extremely Disappointed with Tata Curvv & Service Support I purchased a Tata Curvv on 30th April 2025 from Suryoday Showroom, Vasai. I chose Tata because I associated the brand with trust, confidence, and respect. The purchase process with Ms. Anushree was smooth, and for the first 2 months, the car worked fine. Then the nightmare began. Since 2nd June 2025, my car has repeatedly failed to start. The same issue occurred again on 15th September 2025, 22nd December 2025, 23rd March 2026, and 27th April 2026. Every single time, I’ve been left stranded — either needing a jump start or getting the car towed to the service centre. At the service centre, the car is kept for “observation” for days, yet till date, the mechanics have failed to identify the root cause. The battery has been changed three times, but the problem keeps coming back. 4+ visits, multiple tows, 3 battery changes, and 1 year later — still no permanent solution. The service team took 4 days just to tell me “no issue found” and return the car after a software update. This entire ordeal has caused immense frustration, stress, and loss of faith. The trust and confidence I had in Tata has completely eroded. As a customer, I expect reliability and accountability — not repeated breakdowns and clueless service. Tata needs to step up. A new car should not spend more time at the service centre than on the road.
