I strongly advise avoiding this place. I paid for an annual membership, but during the lockdown I couldn’t use it. Later, they claimed it was expired and asked for extra money to extend it. This is unfair and misleading. I feel cheated—please be cautious before trusting them.

I'm a member of this gym and yes the environment is good, trainers and staff are supportive. However some equipments are not up to date and which needs to be changed. Overall, it is worth the price

When I asked the gym for the CCTV footage to help find my missing phone, they first asked me to bring a pen drive. After I gave them the pen drive, their technician was unavailable for hours. When the technician finally arrived, they said the footage was corrupted. It seems like they are trying to cover up the issue instead of helping me. As you said, please show the CCTV footage of where my mobile was placed. Let everyone see who's really at fault – me or your gym. You couldn’t even provide proper footage, or now you're saying the hard disk got corrupted when I asked for proof. How can we trust the safety of our belongings if your CCTV stops working exactly when it’s needed to find the thief or the person who moved my phone? Note - you all didn't help me to find my device I myself found my device. Please provide proof as you mentioned I kept my mobile somewhere else and forgot. Which you are not ready to provide footage of 12.08.2025. Provide CCTV footage
