Since 8 a.m. I was continuously following up for the MRI appointment because it was urgent for us. They gave us an appointment at 5 p.m., but at 4 p.m. they informed us that an emergency case had come and the appointment was cancelled. This is complete mismanagement. They are asking extra money for send MRI images to doctor.

Bhatia Medical Center sent me here for a CT scan. When I went to the counter to pay, they said that I have to pay 2400 and GST as well. I asked the ladies this question. Why should I pay GST? My bill is 2400. Why should I pay 2448? She said that we have a business account. if your account is a business, what should we do? Should we pay double GST and why? If you buy something in this digital age, do you pay extra GST, for example, if a water bottle is worth 15, should you buy it for 15 or 17? Don't cheat with people.They come to you with great trust.
