The staff doesn’t like to have clarity over what they are supposed to do and after doing the wrong thing the owner just defends them without reason . Very unprofessional and under trained

I've been here 3 to 4 times. I've only gotten my haircut and the staff is pretty good and sweet with the customers. If you want a particular person to work with one can book an appointment beforehand. Till now the service has been really good.
