I visited your salon today for a gel nail polish service for my sister, and I’m quite disappointed with the experience. The finishing was not up to the mark, and the work looked unprofessional. When I pointed it out, the staff used a cuticle cutter to remove excess polish, which is not an appropriate or safe method. I expected much better service and hygiene standards. Please look into this and ensure better quality in the future.
