Overall, the experience was disappointing. The work quality felt average for the price charged and did not seem very professional. Communication was also not smooth, as the lady’s behaviour felt a bit arrogant at times. Deliverables were delayed, and we had to do multiple follow-ups, with replies sometimes taking 2–3 days. Another person was comparatively responsive, but overall the coordination and service were still not satisfactory.

1★ Highly disappointed with the service* We booked them for my brother’s wedding. Engagement was on 24th Dec and the package was around 33k which included photos, cinematic video, and an Instagram reel. We finalized them because their Instagram page looked really good. The photos were delivered on time, but the editing was very basic – just looked like a filter was added and sent. After continuous follow-up, 2 months after the engagement they provided a poorly edited video and reel. The cinematic video was poorly cut and the quality was very poor. The reel was even worse – completely amateur work, nothing like what they post on their own page. Worst part is after taking the full 33k upfront, they have been ignoring our calls and WhatsApp messages for the last 4 months. Zero accountability. We trusted them with our memories and paying 33k for this service was heartbreaking. Don’t go by their social media. Extremely unprofessional team
