We got our shifting done from them from Mumbai to Jaipur....
We got our shifting done from them from Mumbai to Jaipur. We had asked them to inform us whenever luggage is about to reach so that we will go accordingly but they gave false information and it didn't reach. We had to stay in hotel and the coordinator even stopped picking phone. They give false commitment, do not give clarity and make fool of the customers about time. Coordinator stops picking phone or they will other numbers to call and all will pass on the blame to each other. It doesn't stop here once the luggage reached we found that most of the utensils, drill machine and many other small and important items were missing and the packets were also open.They are not at all trustworthy and do not even care to take the responsibility.
