Friends, Do not waste ur money here. I am describing u the horrible situations in details here.- 1. Water is not available- In the morning 1 times only municipal water provided. But as the storage capacity in the bldng is too low and there is more than 15 people. So everyday in the evening water get finished and whole night u have to spend without water.And landlord will not accept ur concern to save his money he will say that u have wasted the water. 2. Aqua guard is defective- it is more than 4 years old. But still its filter was not replaced. So we have to buy drinking water. Additional cost of Rs 600/month. 3. Mobile Network not available- there is no network available of any service provider in India. U have to walk only 400m to dial a single call. 4. There is only 1 kitchen for more than 15 people so after returning office or college if u planned to cook u will not get it bcz alreday some one is cooking and another 1 or 2 people is waiting in line.and there is lot of rats in the kitchen. 4. In most of the toilets either toilet spray or shower is not working. 5. Rooms are too much congested. Owner has not left one inch space. In the two peoples room he added 3 beds. U can not walk properly in ur room. 6. Agreement- in last 3 months whenever I called him for the paper everytime land lord said he is in meeting.no matter what is the time even it is 10pm. With confidence he will lie alot when u will met him physically.he will tell u no of stories of his busy life. 7. Wifi- speed 40kbps. And some times taht is also not available. Landlord is saying he will call wifi person to repair. Ultimately he will not give u any paper. But he needs everything on thr time. He needs advance immidiately.He needs rent without 1 days delay. But u can not ask any service. Most of all what the advance u will deposit that will totally be in ur risk bcz there is no documents with u later if he deny. And u have to beg at his door for releasing the amount after leaving the room. It is clear that owner is just here to grab ur money. Once u give him the money, u have to cry rest of the period. So, personal advice. Keep 5km safe distance from this PG. Don't even think to try this one.
