The shopped was much bigger earlier. But now the size has reduced, so looks crammed. We bought a cooler and laptop from this store 2 years back. Both are working fine.
โ โโโโ WORST APPLIANCE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Three days...
โ โโโโ WORST APPLIANCE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Three days ago, I purchased an LG refrigerator and an LG washing machine from Croma, expecting that a brand as large as LG and a retailer as established as Croma would provide at least basic customer support after the sale. Instead, I have spent the last three days chasing calls, waiting for installation, and getting absolutely nowhere. The LG installation technician called once, disconnected the call, and has not answered a single call since. On the other hand, the Croma store has repeatedly told me they don't know who is coming for installation and cannot help. Every call ends with someone passing responsibility to someone else. What is most frustrating is that neither LG nor Croma seems to remember that there is an actual customer at the other end. Once the payment was made, everyone appeared to disappear. I have recently moved into a new home and have a newborn baby in the house. A washing machine is not a luxury for us right nowโit is an essential need. Yet for three days, I have been left following up, waiting, and listening to excuses. Customer service is not about selling products. It is about taking responsibility when customers need support. In this case, both LG and Croma have failed miserably. My advice to anyone planning to buy appliances: think twice. Buy online, buy from Vijay Sales, buy from anywhere that values customers after the sale. Because when something goes wrong, that is when you discover whether a company truly cares. At this point, it feels like neither LG nor Croma has a customer care department; only a department that cares until the payment is received. Extremely disappointed. Never again.
I had a disappointing experience at this electronics store....
I had a disappointing experience at this electronics store. The TV I wanted to check kept loading for a long time, which reduced my interest in the product. When I raised this concern, the salesperson gave an unprofessional response, saying that since I have only one TV connected to my home Wi-Fi while they have many TVs running in the showroom, loading issues are normal. Instead of addressing my concern, he responded defensively. I also felt that the salesperson was focused on promoting only one particular brand and seemed to treat other brands as inferior without providing a fair comparison. Furthermore, when I requested information about other TV models, they were not even switched on or demonstrated properly. Overall, I expected better customer service, unbiased product guidance, and proper product demonstrations before making a purchase decision.
Very disappointed with the service provided by Croma...
Very disappointed with the service provided by Croma Chembur. We purchased a Panasonic AC from the store and exchanged our old AC. During the uninstallation of the old AC, the Croma team cut and removed the electrical wires that were running through our wooden paneling. The wires were cut from both ends and taken away without informing us. When the Panasonic installation team arrived, they informed us that the new AC could not be installed unless the wooden panel was cut open to lay new wiring. As a result, we had to hire a carpenter to cut the panel and a painter to restore the damaged area, incurring an additional expense of approximately โน5,000. Despite repeatedly following up, the Croma team has not responded properly and we have not received any reimbursement for the costs caused by their negligence. This has been a very frustrating experience and is not the level of service we expected. I hope Croma takes responsibility for the damage caused and resolves this issue promptly. Date: 9th June 2026 Contacted customer support and sent email to your team with order Id but still no response even after multiple followups. Croma customer support has disappointed us
Very disappointing experience at Croma Chembur. I have...
Very disappointing experience at Croma Chembur. I have visited many electronics stores like Vijay Sales and Reliance Digital, but I have never seen such careless and uninterested staff anywhere else. The employees looked completely unprofessional and least bothered about customers. No proper guidance, no dedication, no respect, and no enthusiasm to help. It honestly felt like nobody wanted to do their job. I went there expecting good service from a big brand, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. Staff behavior was rude, lazy, and unhelpful. Customer service standards are extremely poor. I will never visit Croma again and would never recommend this store to anyone. Vijay Sales and Reliance Digital provide a far better customer experience than this. Very bad management and worst shopping experience ever.
