Very bad after sales experience for Jaquar products i bought for three bathrooms in April 2023. Dealer is asking to get the wrong sized fitments changed from company and Jaquar service engineer is saying wrong fitment is sent from dealer side. Don't expect any support after you buy from here, they will blame you, then the plumber and everyone but will not do anything. Update : July 2024 Jaquar warranty is namesake, they will attend the complaint take photos and videos but will not respond thereafter. My seat cover developed cracks but even when the product is under warranty nothing is being done. Response to your reply: 03/08/24. Jaquar has never contacted me after my complaint. There is no communication from their side.Your statements are completely false. There was no physical damage ever from my side. The cover was faulty and ill fitting. from very beginning. My complaint was ignored by both of you. You can go to any extent to prove a customer wrong . You do not want to accept your fault so blame the customer, that is your policy. What do you mean by physical damage from my side,did i bring an elephant to sit on it? Please stop the hypocrisy.
